1. Reservation & Booking Procedures
If you would like to book one of our tour packages, send us a message via our company’s email, hotline number or WhatsApp.
As soon as we receive your reservation request, we will book it and send you an official confirmation message. See our contacts page for details.
2. Payment System & Transaction
To book a reservation with Official Komodo Tour you will need to send us a deposit, which we will arrange with you once you decide on an itinerary.
Payment can be sent via bank transaction, or paypal – we can provide details for payment. Once we receive your deposit we will confirm your booking.
All Payments and transactions are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Foreign currencies (such as USD, EURO, GBP, etc.) will automatically be converted into IDR with the current exchange-rate of our local bank. You will get the address of our bank account in the invoice.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Official Komodo Tours will not refund your deposit in the event of a cancellation.
4. Travel Insurance
We do not include any kind of travel insurance in our service.
5. ATM services & Moneychangers
There are ATMS and money changers in Labuan Bajo and some major towns in Flores. Credit cards are accepted in many restaurants and super markets in Flores.
6. Things to bring with you
Enough cash (IDR) for personal expenses
trekking/walking shoes (good resistance, especially in rainy season), sandals, trousers, sweaters, jackets, raincoat, sun glasses, sun hat, sun blocker, towel, snorkel gear, swimming suit, sleeping bag for the village tour program (if you sleep in the village), portable flash light, camera, mosquito spray, strong malaria prevention kit and first aid kit.
